Immediate response time, which is very appreciated! We had a problem with our sump pump, and I reached out to several companies since it was a pressing issue. Waterworks got back to us within minutes! They were able to send over a plumber, Samuel, within hours, and Natasha at the office was incredible in keeping us in the loop with where he was, etc. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, and they were able to repair the problem the same day, with another visit scheduled for a part that they did not currently have the following day. Pricing was reasonable and conscious of our budget. We signed up immediately for their platinum plus program which gives you 10% off all future repairs/services. We've used Waterworks on numerous occasions, and have always been satisfied with the quality of service they provide. It's a good business that ensures a prompt response and a job well done. We recently had them repair a tap assembly and mounting that had collapsed even though the tap itself was fine. The work done by Elijah was fast and prompt and well done, with a fiddly problem that would have taken me hours to rectify fixed in less than an hour. Elijah was courteous and efficient as well as respecting all the boundaries now forced upon us by COVID-19. They are a bit on the pricey side but are very transparent about their pricing and reward loyal customers. Bottom line is if you want the job done properly and promptly then these guys are hard to beat. ~ Neil O

I’ve been using WaterWorks for a few years. The admin Rupinder is very communicative at every step of the process. With some plumbers, it can be a challenge to get through to a person and to know what to expect. I don’t like playing phone tag. The clear communication I get with this team is a big plus for me. Alija is always able to immediately identify the issue and let me know my options. His work is fast, efficient and of high quality. The pricing is standardized and provided upfront, before the work begins. I appreciate the clarity. Basically, they solve problems I need solved while providing a level of communication and clarity of process that distinguishes them from other shops. WaterWorks is quick to the job, straighforward in explanations, and efficient in work product. We had an urgent shower leakage through the ceiling below. Michael, pleasant in every way, got there quickly, and worked to figure out the problem (which wasn't obvious). After deciding on the solution, he arranged for a major re-construction within a few days, and was on the spot as promised. But before starting up the work, he did another careful check, and discovered that the issue wasn't what he had first thought. He re-worked the estimate, did the necessary repairs right away, and saved us several thousand dollars in the process. WaterWorks uses a pricing template shared with large parts of the industry, so there is nothing idiosyncratic about costs. We were quite satisfied. ~ Ephraim R

Wow!! I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I received from Michael and Rhonda. Within seconds after sending a request on their website, I was contacted by Rhonda. Michael is cheerful, informative, helpful and competent plumber. He was a pleasure to work with. I had a leaky toilet and a problem with the hand shower on my bathtub which ended up to be a bigger problem than expected. After we agreed on the work, the job was completed quickly and tidy. Within seconds of Michael leaving, Rhonda called to follow up. That was the easiest hassle-free service call I have ever had. I found Waterworks on Homestars and I don't regret calling them. I admit that their pricing was more than I expected but it was worth it for the added service I received. ~ R C

My Fiancé and I experienced frozen pipes for first time this year. Found Waterworks online based on their great reviews and decided to go forward with them. Natasha dealt with us over the phone and immediately provided advice to manage the situation while they organized a plumber to visit us. She communicated with us regularly and updating us on the status of when we would expect a plumber. They provided us a photo of our plumber, Aaron, so we had total confidence in who was visiting our home. Once Aaron arrived he was not only professional but extremely polite and friendly as well. He answered all of our questions, made a reasonable quote, and advised us on preventative management strategies for the future. All together, a great experience from all fronts. Everyone at Waterworks were very professional, from reception to actual work to follow up. I was able to get a plumber out very quickly to deal with my garbage disposal; reception kept in contact to make sure they arrived on time. I was offered various options and told the total price for each. We ended up replacing the unit, which was easy since they had already brought a replacement so I didn't need to wait for a second appointment. The work was thorough - they even fixed a wonky pipe the previous plumber had installed, at no extra charge. While a bit steeper than I had anticipated (what isn't, these days?), the final price seemed fair. Will use them again (though I hope we won't need too). ~ Anne F

We noticed discoloration of our ceiling in the main floor that has a washroom right above. Came across WaterWorks who sent Michael over to inspect it at a very nominal charge. The issue was first suspected to be with the gasket but after replacing it, the leak continued. The issue was later identified to be with the flange and not the gasket. The leak was fixed after the flange was changed. Initially Michael said it would be a charge for the gasket change + the flange change, but he was kind enough to waive off the cost for gasket change. Michael was very friendly guy and I would recommend his service for plumbing. If you can consider waiving off the initial cost (that you charge to visit the place) when the work is actually being done, it would help :). Nevertheless, it was a job that was done well. ~ Prashant N

We had what we thought was a minor plumbing headache that turned into a much bigger mess, insurance claim, and weeks of repairs. On the plumbing side, although we had to get an "emergency plumber" to come out and figure out how to stop the leak immediately, we took our time looking for a good plumber to come in and do the heavy lifting repair work - several valve replacements in a custom shower. WaterWorks had a great reputation, took the time to properly diagnose the issue and give us a few options to decide what made the most sense in our situation, and executed the work very professionally. We had a related leak later on and, again, WaterWorks made multiple trips out to make sure the issue had been fully resolved to our satisfaction. I recommend them highly if you need a plumbing service and quality is your priority. ~ Mark T

We had the opportunity to secure the services of WaterWorks for our plumbing needs (kitchen sink was not draining adequately) at a condo in downtown Toronto. After doing some research, it appeared that WaterWorks was a reputable company and so we proceeded. It was an easy scheduling process and our service tech did a great job of explaining the approach to assessing and resolving the situation as well as an explanation of pricing. With the situation resolved we were quite happy. When addressing a post-service residual situation, Sanilla at reception was awesome to manage the concern by developing a plan with the owner to resolve it. Our basement flooded due to heavy rains on July 16,2024 and we even had battery backup sump pumps but one pump failed. We called Waterworks Plumbing who came the next day and the service, professionalism and expertise they showed when they arrived was great. From the moment we called Waterworks, Rupinder at Reception was so nice in scheduling our appointment. Ethan the plumber was very professional and friendly. We also appreciated the fact the owner, Michael, also very friendly and professional, came as well to help install new battery backup sump pumps, plus do a whole host of other work needed in our home. Although there was a lot of work that had to be done, and it was costly, it was worth it and you can rest assured they will stand by their work. I highly recommend Waterworks for all your Plumbing needs! ~ Stephen R

It was great experience dealing with Water Works. Water Works was very professional from the time I made the first call to their office to the finishing job. Michael did fantastic job in replacing the new kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right with no future leakages. Michael is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, approachable and friendly. He did plumbing safety checkup also which included a visual inspection of the toilets, faucets, sinks, drains and water heater. I was very pleased with his service. Michael not only replaced our washing machine taps in a jiffy. He also looked at my water bill, which was too high, and after some investigating he advised me that it was one of my toilets. I can’t say enough good things about Michael. He’s courteous, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Going forward I will only use waterworks plumbing and drains. I would also like to mention how amazing Rupinder is, their secretary. She called me on a regular basis to keep in the loop, answer my questions, advise me that the technician was on his way etc. Rupinder’s customer service skills are exceptional and she goes above and beyond to assist customers. I honestly can't say enough about WaterWorks! My wife and I have used them for all plumbing repairs and installation since we bought our house 7 years ago. Most recently, our water heater went and needed replacing. We decided to go with an efficient on-demand system. What an amazing unit! Only about 15-20 seconds longer than a tank to get hot water to the faucet. The service, support and installation was flawless and they follow up to make sure everything is working properly. I have to say that WW isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Professional repairs and installation by people who really care about what they do. It's unfortunate how rare this is these days. My recommendation: Pay a little more, get it done right! ~ Darin H

Waterworks are very professional and do an amazing job with whatever plumbing work you need. Natasha is polite and thorough on the phone as she understands what needs doing. Michael, the business owner is a master plumber who really knows his stuff and goes out on many of the calls himself. I have used Waterworks 3 times now, and every has been a positive experience which is saying something when your day starts with toilet water showering down on you through a bathroom fan vent. The cost of the repairs is not cheap, as it rarely is with plumbing, but the job will be done right and in good time. I highly recommend using these guys for all your plumbing needs. ~ Darin H

Michael did an evaluation of my house’s plumbing fixtures’ issues and promptly started to fix them! He changed the faucet in the bathroom, he changed the flapper thing in the toilet, he changed the valves in the laundry room taps and he replaced the tap outside for the garden hose. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. Michael is very pleasant to talk to and he doesn’t mind if you watch and ask questions. Rupinder in the office is very pleasant on the phone. She phones and emails reminders of the appointment, sends an alert when the plumber is on the way and promptly sends an email copy of the invoice. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. ~ Lizanne B

As always, Michael (the owner) was the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and efficient. Two bathtub faucet replacements, and reverse osmosis filter replacements were performed flawlessly in under 1.5 hours. We have used Waterworks’ services for years, and have always been completely satisfied. While some companies may provide lower “estimates”, the actual resultant invoicing is always the same cost (or more) - but with Waterworks, there are no surprises, and the quality is worth the transparent cost. We were provided with very efficient, excellent and professional service during the COVID-19 pandemic while the city of Toronto was under lock down in April our kitchen sink pipe in our condo was leaking and flooding under the cabinet. The gentleman moved our garbage bin which was screwed down to the bottom of the cabinet to ensure we don't hit the pipe again and have the same problem which was very nice. The service was provided on a timely manner it took them less than an hour to arrive at our place quickly fixed the issue while wearing protective gear to ensure health and safety protocols were followed. Overall and excellent experience. I would 100% recommend them. ~ S M

Waterworks have become our ‘go-to’ plumbing service. Not only are they super friendly, but they give you up front reasonable rates, and always perform an excellent job. From the outset, Rupinder is great - helps organize the plumber at a time that suits you, to following up after the service. Then we had Alija come round and fix a plumbing issue with our fridge water connection, and he was awesome. Friendly, upfront, and patient with all my questions. (Last plumbing issue we had was with Michael, who was also awesome.) I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Hi Folks, I met the proprietor of this fine establishment in a coffee shop (the fabulous 3sk Cafe on Eglinton and Allen Road). I was newly renting a house which had a broken kitchen faucet head. We briefly discussed it, and before I knew it, he had gone to his truck to give me a universal faucet head that I could easily use to replace the one in my new house. When I got home and had questions about the doing the replacement properly, he was more than happy to oblige. There is a lot of heart and soul in this business - something that you don't get at other places. I called WaterWorks yesterday and spoke to Rupinder, who was very helpful. She took a detailed description of my drain issue and let me know that someone would be able to come to address my issue later that day. Michael from WaterWorks came that afternoon to look at my drain and provided me with a detailed estimate of costs and procedures so that I could make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed. Michael was able to diagnose the issue and went the extra mile to ensure that the drain was open again. Both Michael and Rupinder were very professional and communicative. I had a plugged kitchen sink that needed fixing and Alijah was very professional and got to work right away. My pipes are an absolute mess because the 25ft snake didn't clear the problem so he had to get the heavy duty 50ft snake and around 35ft is where the snake got stuck, hard. Nothing he did would let it budge but he wouldn't give up, he pulled everything back out, changed the head, and then went back in again to try once more. He got stuck again but refused to accept defeat and kept grinding and grinding until slowly the blockage cleared. A 30min job turned into a 3hr nightmare but he managed to get it done. 10/10 ~ Ivan M

Best plumbing experience ever!! Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. Company sent a picture of Michael via email to ensure I was letting the right individual into my house, great safety feature. He put on his cloth booties as soon as he came in. I like the booties! Michael spent the time to answer my questions and educate me with respect to my current system. He charged me according to his price list, so no surprises. I don't like surprises! He replaced two shower cartridges. Prices were fair and his service was impeccable. Anything he noticed that was incorrect he offered advice and even fixed some minor issues. We had some loose taps in another bathroom and he tightened them, no questions asked! He went above and beyond my expectations. He even gave me some great tips about my fridge - he actually vacuumed my condenser coil/fan on the fridge - LOL! Great guy, great company. Michael did a whole home inspection and discovered a leak in all 4 of my toilets which explained why my water bills were so high. He also repaired, cleaned and flushed my on-demand hot water heater which had been deteriorating for a couple of months to the point of only producing lukewarm water. I thought I would have to replace it but once he was done with it, it worked like new. I am so grateful to have hot water now without having to go to the expense of replacing the hot water heater. Michael is very respectful of my home, cleans up after himself, and explains what needs to be done clearly. I highly recommend his service. ~ Lucille N
