I’ve been using WaterWorks for a few years. The admin Rupinder is very communicative at every step of the process. With some plumbers, it can be a challenge to get through to a person and to know what to expect. I don’t like playing phone tag. The clear communication I get with this team is a big plus for me. Alija is always able to immediately identify the issue and let me know my options. His work is fast, efficient and of high quality. The pricing is standardized and provided upfront, before the work begins. I appreciate the clarity. Basically, they solve problems I need solved while providing a level of communication and clarity of process that distinguishes them from other shops. WaterWorks is quick to the job, straighforward in explanations, and efficient in work product. We had an urgent shower leakage through the ceiling below. Michael, pleasant in every way, got there quickly, and worked to figure out the problem (which wasn't obvious). After deciding on the solution, he arranged for a major re-construction within a few days, and was on the spot as promised. But before starting up the work, he did another careful check, and discovered that the issue wasn't what he had first thought. He re-worked the estimate, did the necessary repairs right away, and saved us several thousand dollars in the process. WaterWorks uses a pricing template shared with large parts of the industry, so there is nothing idiosyncratic about costs. We were quite satisfied. ~ Ephraim R
Immediate response time, which is very appreciated! We had a problem with our sump pump, and I reached out to several companies since it was a pressing issue. Waterworks got back to us within minutes! They were able to send over a plumber, Samuel, within hours, and Natasha at the office was incredible in keeping us in the loop with where he was, etc. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, and they were able to repair the problem the same day, with another visit scheduled for a part that they did not currently have the following day. Pricing was reasonable and conscious of our budget. We signed up immediately for their platinum plus program which gives you 10% off all future repairs/services.
